Entity Services Payment Delivery Rights Limits Contact

Effective July 19, 2026

1. Entity and acceptance

Lupo Rosso LLC d/b/a Keyframe0

By using this website, sending a project request, approving written project terms, or purchasing a service, you agree to these terms. A project-specific written agreement may add to or replace part of these terms. If there is a conflict, the project-specific agreement controls for that project.

2. Services and written scope

Services are sold as defined outputs. The written project request, written acceptance, listed deliverables, required inputs, delivery window, and revision allowance form the scope. Work outside that scope requires written approval and may carry a separate rate.

The process is async. Email and other agreed written channels are the official record for approvals, feedback, delivery, and scope changes.

Keyframe0 may use artificial intelligence tools to assist in scoping, coding, and building certain assets. All deliverables are directed, reviewed, and finished in the studio.

3. Rates, invoices, and payment

Published rates apply to the listed scope at the time a project is accepted. Custom work receives a written scope and rate. Payment timing is stated in the written project acceptance or invoice. Work may pause when payment or required client input is late.

Taxes, platform fees, stock licenses, paid media, third-party software, and other outside costs are excluded unless the written scope says otherwise.

4. Inputs, revisions, and delivery

You are responsible for providing accurate content, access, files, permissions, and feedback on time. A delayed input moves the delivery window. Feedback must be clear, consolidated, and within the agreed scope.

Delivery occurs through the agreed digital method. You are responsible for downloading and safely storing delivered files. A revision changes work within the approved direction. A new direction, new output, or added content is new scope.

5. Ownership and permissions

After full payment, you own the final files identified as deliverables. Working files, unused directions, internal methods, reusable tools, code utilities, and pre-existing materials remain with their original owner unless the written scope says otherwise.

You confirm that you have permission to use every file, claim, mark, image, video, recording, data set, and other material you provide. Third-party assets remain subject to their own licenses.

Project work will not be presented publicly as a client example without permission or another clear written basis.

6. Cancellation and refunds

Because production time is reserved and work begins quickly, completed work and work already performed are not refundable. Any cancellation terms, kill fee, or credit are set in the written project acceptance. If the company cancels before completing the agreed output, the written resolution will account for work delivered and payment received.

7. Warranties and limits

Creative, search, platform, audience, and business outcomes depend on factors outside the company's control. No ranking, recommendation, revenue, audience, or platform-performance result is guaranteed.

Services and this website are provided with reasonable professional care. To the fullest extent allowed by law, other warranties are disclaimed. Liability for a claim connected to a project will not exceed the amount paid for that project. Neither party is liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss where that limit is allowed by law.

This website may link to third-party services. The company does not control their availability, security, terms, or content.

8. Changes and severability

These terms may be updated when the service model, law, or website changes. The effective date will be revised. If one provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Failure to enforce a provision once is not a waiver of it.
